The home is new (2024) construction, with a fit and finish very appropriate for its trendy, rapidly developing surroundings.
~LAYOUT~
The first floor is open-concept, creating an ideal gathering space for the whole group. There is also a powder room off the kitchen. Outdoor areas include a back deck (off the kitchen) with a dining table for four, a hot tub, and a grill.
The second floor includes two bedrooms – one is a large king suite with a full bathroom and the other is a queen bedroom with its own door to another hallway full bathroom. The second floor also includes a laundry room.
Up the stairs to the third floor, you’ll find a media room with a gas fireplace and 100 inch protector screen. The couch also folds into a queen size bed. Through the sliding door, you’ll find a large balcony under the sky, with sun loungers. Continue toward the front of the house, and you’ll pass another full bathroom, on your way way to a second king bedroom with a crib.
If you park in the driveway and enter through the garage, you’ll see a fourth bedroom designed with children in mind. This room includes a full-over-full bunk bed. Two more adult couples could take their rest here, if necessary.
